Volunteers are the backbone of our organization. We offer a variety of opportunities for individuals and groups to get involved and make a difference in the lives of those we serve. The Webmaster oversees the Institute’s website hosted on GoDaddy, ensuring it remains up to date, functional, and aligned with our programs and communications. This role supports digital infrastructure by managing content, resolving technical issues, and enhancing user experience—contributing to the visibility and credibility of our mission.

The Recruitment Manager leads volunteer onboarding and internal placement across the Institute’s programs and initiatives. This role ensures new members are welcomed, guided, and effectively integrated into teams, playing a key part in scaling our global community and operational capacity.
The Media Manager is responsible for managing the Institute’s digital engagement and public communications across social media platforms. This role ensures consistent branding, timely content, and meaningful outreach to strengthen our online presence and community engagement.
The Publications Lead coordinates the design and delivery of official reports, handbooks, and visual materials using Canva or similar tools. This role ensures that all publications meet quality, branding, and timeline standards, supporting the Institute’s public impact and thought leadership.
The Grant Writer identifies and develops funding proposals to support the Institute’s nonprofit goals. This role involves researching grant opportunities, drafting compelling applications, and collaborating with program leads to align proposals with our mission and measurable outcomes.
The Campaign Director designs and executes strategic outreach, advocacy, or fundraising campaigns. This role brings together cross-functional teams to deliver impactful messaging and measurable results that elevate the Institute’s mission and global engagement.

educators, scholars, journalists, storytellers, poets,
pilots, aviators, veterans, first responders,
lawyers, liaisons, environmental activists, policy analysts,
transportation planners, architects, economists,
entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and advocates from the next generation. Together we ensure that Advanced Air Mobility technology will be integrated into our respective airspaces around the world in a way that
helps the highest number of people.
